I believe you will be amazed at how fast, easy and effecient the workout and meal planners are, and will probably have a good laugh at how it was designed. Once again, the focus is on the method of delivery for this course was to avoid any distractions that would interfere with the core work of SELF-AWARENESS.

To do this, I evaluated each and every task to make sure it was THE BEST SOLUTION which turned out to be TBS and will be used often throughout the training. The requirements for TBS was that it had to be 1) fast, 2) fun, and 3) effective. I took this approach with workouts, meal plans, and mediations.

I hope you feel the same as you will have many opportunities to evaluate the course as you travel through each phase. This week is the most critical part of the course and provides the foundation on which you will work for weeks 2, 3 and thereafter. Let’s Get Started!

Each day is broken into three segments, MIND, BODY, & SOUL. Each segment is a lesson, therefore you will receive over 63 lessons during these 3 weeks.
