Each day is broken into three segments, MIND, BODY, & SOUL. Each segment is a lesson, therefore you will receive over 63 lessons during these 3 weeks. I feel you will have fun learning and, with the knowledge you gain, your motivation will sore! The course is designed to focus on self-awareness, therefore the exercises have been crafted to speed tasks so you do not get distracted.

What you will learn this week will be MIND BLOWING! It will take what you already know and put those pieces together with new pieces that were missing! Put on your seat belts! The fun is just beginning!

BODY
Equipped with some easy tools to work with, you will be creating your workout and meal plans for weeks 2 adn 3. Trust me, these plans I created will be fun, fast and they are yours to keep.

SOUL
This is where you start working on small habits to correct negative attitudes, beliefs and behaviors. Starting with only 5 minutes of meditation, we teach you how to CRAVE 1 hour!
