Making YOUR plan 'FIT'!
A plan that does not FIT, is a plan not worth having!
Pun intended! If you want to get FIT in your BODY, it MUST be a plan that you like in you MIND & SOUL, for it to be sustainable. In week 1 you learn how to write your ‘requirements’ for the plan to be a good FIT, meaning that it must be easy and fun for you to practice so you can develop new healthy habits that keep you thinking, moving and relaxing. Week 2 is ‘ramp-it-up’ week.
JUST DO IT!
The next step is to DO IT, by working your plan. You are trying it on, so to speak. If a certain 'task' you planned does not seem to FIT, find one that is a more fun FIT!

What you will learn this week will be MIND BLOWING! It will take what you already know and put those pieces together with new pieces that were missing! Put on your seat belts! The fun is just beginning!

Equipped with some easy tools to work with, you will be creating your workout and meal plans for weeks 2 adn 3. Trust me, these plans I created will be fun, fast and they are yours to keep.

SUSTAINABLE
This is where you start working on small habits to correct negative attitudes, beliefs and behaviors. Starting with only 5 minutes of meditation, we teach you how to CRAVE 1 hour!
